BAROSSA & LIGHT CHILDREN’S MARKET
The Barossa & Light Children’s Market is a community event for the whole family situated on the edge of The Barossa Valley. The markets are held quarterly (March, June, September and December) at the Good Shepherd's Hub on Neldner Avenue in Angaston South Australia. We feel there is a need for this type of event locally to showcase small businesses and services, and provide an opportunity for the public to connect in a community event. The Barossa and Light Children’s Market features a minimum of 40 stalls, a market for all things handmade, new and pre-loved for Babies, Children and Mummies. Loads of yummy treats, great gifts and entertainment for the whole family and local visitors! There are both indoor and outdoor stalls at March and December but mainly indoor for June and September in order to accommodate Adelaide weather cycles. A variety of hot food and cold drinks are available from the Kitchen to compliment the Sausage Sizzle and Coffee Van for those who would like to indulge. A bouncy castle (weather permitting), face painting and temporary tattoos along with colouring in activities are on offer to entertain.
