“Not just any Dog” Kiss my dog, is a new and flavoursome way to eat hot dogs. We use an international theme, with fresh produce and matched accompaniments to create a mouth-watering and healthy street food experience. As a qualified chef with a 35 year hospitality career, I saw an opportunity to change the hot dog experience for the consumer. I partner with an artisan butcher who has current national and state awards for his hand made sausages. These are gluten, lactose and fructose free sausages that I BBQ using a customers trailer.
